Customer feedback has driven the following improvements, which we hope will further enhance your screening program and experience with us. The following updates are part of our 6/14/2019 release. Please note, you may need to clear your web browser’s cache to see these user interface updates.
Mobile Ordering/Candidate Bridge

The candidate bridge has been optimized for mobile users. All functionality of the desktop version remains in a user-friendly, responsive environment. This function is available for all candidate-facing components of an order, like candidate information forms, e-disclosure and authorization and drug screening.
eScreen Scheduler EASE Integration
The eScreen scheduler has been updated to integrate with the candidate bridge and EASE. This integration gives pre-employment screening customers using eScreen the ability to order via EASE integration rather than having to log into eScreen separately. After the update on 6/14/19, customers should no longer submit their drug screen requests directly through myescreen.com. For a limited time, customers will still have access to myescreen.com in the event they need to reschedule or extend someone’s existing drug test ordered before the switchover.

Case List Order Status Updates
Orders that haven’t been initiated within 90 days are now categorized as “expired.” Expired orders will not be billed. Previously, expired orders appeared as “Billed” even if no activity was linked to the order/case. Customers were not billed for the cases that were expired – and will not be billed for expired orders.
On the case list, cases that are “in process” are now tracked by the date work begins on a case, not the date a case ID was created. This change captures the activities of building a case and better reflects the actual case turnaround time.
Automated Courtesy Alert Message for Public Records
Customers will now receive an automated courtesy message through EASE Messaging and email when a public record (any type of civil, criminal, bankruptcy, tax lien) has been found.
Other Bug Fixes & Enhancements
The following bug fixes and enhancements are also a part of the 6/15/2019 release:
- The styling of the printed legal forms has been updated to clearly define the checkbox.
- PDFs with multiple pages are now downloading correctly.
