The following updates are part of the 7/18/2019 release. Please note, you may need to clear your web browser’s cache to see select user interface updates.
EASE Candidate Reminder Notification
If a candidate has not completed their invite order via the Bridge within 24 hours, they will now receive an automated email reminder notice every day until the order is completed. If you are interested in DEACTIVATING this feature, or have any further questions, please contact the Corporate Screening customer support team at 800-229-8606, option 4. You can also fill out the support request form.
Candidate Information/SSN Enhancements
The Candidate Information section has been updated to include information about the importance of providing a Social Security Number.
“If you have a Social Security # (SSN), please enter it below. If you do not provide your SSN your background may be delayed or we may be unable to complete it. Please see our Privacy Policy for additional information. If you do not have a SSN, please select another option under ID Type”
There is also a new “eyeball” icon/toggle to view the SSN while typing it into the field.
Required Education Questions
Candidates will now be required to answer questions in the Education section specific to degree type and confirmation of graduation. These requirements will assist our verification team in confirming the correct and most current education data.
Document Management Forms Workflow
Previously, specific document management forms appeared after a candidate already submitted their order details/information. The process has been updated to place those forms earlier in the process, before a candidate submits their case information.
Other Bug Fixes and Enhancements
The following bug fixes and enhancements are also a part of the 7/18/2019 release:
- Issues older than 30 days will no longer be included in daily summary emails.
