The Countdown is Over

After more than two years of development, we are very excited to finally announce the wide release of our re-imagined EASE background screening technology. On June 21 from 8-10 p.m. ET, our systems will be down for maintenance. At that time, we will switch over to the all-new platform.

With big change comes big questions. Please take note of the following:

Initial Log-In – Update Password
The first time you log in to the new system, you will need to click the “I forgot my password” link at the bottom right of the login screen. Enter your email address and click “Submit.”  You’ll then receive a message from us with directions on how to set up your password.

All-New Help Site
With a new EASE comes an all new resource center. Our Knowledge Base contains tutorials, FAQs and useful info about the new platform. You’ll also find compliance documents and information to help you navigate the background screening process.

Enhanced Customer Support
Our goal is to always provide service that exceeds expectations. If you cannot find what you’re looking for through our Knowledge Base, please contact our Customer Service team at customerservice@corporatescreening.com. Prefer to speak to a live person?  Please call our toll-free number 800-229-8606, option 4. Due to an anticipated increase in volume during this transition, we appreciate your patience.

Legacy System Access During Transition
Cases initiated in the legacy system will remain there until completion. To access cases initiated in the legacy system (cases beginning with a “1” in the case list), simply click on the red box on the EASE Dashboard or open any case by clicking on the case number. PDF reports of archived cases are accessible on the new EASE dashboard.

Ordering New Cases
While in-progress cases are accessible through the legacy system, you will need to order new cases through the new EASE platform. Access instructions on how to order a case here.

Other Resources
In the coming days and weeks, we will launch more resources to assist you. Look for more information regarding webinars and training sessions. You can also access the EASE product website to learn more about the re-imagined platform built by you, for you. We have also archived our earlier EASE Preview Webinar for access at any time.
