Release Notes – 12/1/2018

At Corporate Screening, it is our mission to contribute to client success through dedication, conscious innovation and shared knowledge.  In the spirit of innovation and knowledge, we’re constantly working to refine our technology and communicate those innovations with you. Customer feedback has driven the following improvements, which we hope will further enhance your screening program and experience with us. The following updates are part of our 12/1/2018 release:

Paperless Drug Testing Widget Upgrade

The WebCCF product has been retired in favor of the new Drug Screening Widget.  Much of the functionality of the legacy system remains, but with an updated interface. The new version also includes an integration with Abbott Laboratories and upcoming medical services.

Enhanced Action History

To offer more transparency for clients, more Actions within the Instance Action History in EASE is now visible for clients. For more information on what these actions mean and why they occur, there is a guide in the Resources Center.  Find the guide here: http://help.corporatescreening.com/knowledge-base/action-history/

Dashboard Metrics

The EASE dashboard has been updated to include the following metrics, as requested by our customers:

  • Criminal hit rate (%)
  • Average Turnaround Time for Completed Cases
  • Average Turnaround Time for all Products conducted
  • Percentage of cases completed w/in 5 days

The metrics presented are a summary of the last 30 days.  The EASE Metric Dashboard will continue to evolve based on feedback from customers, functional use and the continued data to be added to the system.

Bifurcation

EASE users can now view the Case List screen, but not view data that has been bifurcated, limiting access to certain types of data (criminal vs. noncriminal) or product categories. Clients will be able to communicate with CS to set user preferences.

Bug Fix: Needs Attention Emails and Empty Widgets

Customers were receiving “needs attention” emails while the “Unread messages, Ready for Review, On Hold, and Needs Attention” widgets on the EASE dashboard were not showing accurate information.

Automated Feedback Message for Cases 5+ Days Old

If a case is still in process due to missing information or actions needed by the candidate or client, an automated “needs attention” message will be sent to the client after five (5) days, then every five (5) days thereafter.  This new feature assures CS is staying focused on your case, keeps everyone aware of stagnant cases and gives clients a decision point to determine when it is appropriate to take action.

State-Specific Form within Candidate Bridge

The EASE Candidate Bridge has been configured to include customized, jurisdiction-mandated authorization form.  Users enters the Bridge through the “State Form” product.  There is a step in the Bridge that enables users to fill out this form, which will automatically populate the information CS may already have. Once complete, the completed document will populate in the document vault for the case.

Configurable E-Mail Notifications

EASE users can now adjust the settings of e-mail notifications.
