First Advantage EASE, powered by Corporate Screening has a regularly scheduled system update on Saturday, June 29, 2024. The update will begin at 10pm ET. Two new features will be available with this release:
New Dashboard Filter: “Needs Decision”
For our clients utilizing our New York Fair Chance Solution, we have added a new filter which can be selected to show completed cases which are in a status of “Needs Decision.” These cases will continue to be included in the completed cases filter. On the EASE dashboard, this filter can be found under the Quick Filtering or under Cases Complete>Needs Decision.
New Criminal Search Option: Statewide in Lieu of County
We have a new search option which will run a statewide search instead of a county search for an applicant whose address is provided or returned in that state. We can also continue to run a statewide search in these states regardless of if the address is provided or returned. The states which are currently supported include:
- Alabama
- Florida
- Georgia
- Illinois
- Indiana
- Kansas
- Kentucky
- Michigan
- Missouri
- New Jersey
- Puerto Rico
- South Carolina
- Tennessee
- Texas
- Washington
- Wisconsin
