Internal Verification Automation Enhancements
To increase turnaround and efficiency for our verification specialists, we’ve refined our automated verification management processes. Automated follow-up messages will delivered to verification sources and references for pending verification instances not resolved within a specified period. Attempts for outreach will be documented in the case’s action history within EASE.
In addition, triage for education instances has been automated. Each institution will be linked to its verification management record and processed automatically.
Download Multiple Attachments from Document Locker
Customers can now select multiple documents at one time to download from the document locker. Previously, customers would need to download documents one at a time. Now, selected documents will go into a ZIP file for download.
Reference Interview Text Box Update
Candidate references can now type longer responses to open-ended questions on the reference interview form via the Bridge. Previously, this text box was limited by a certain number of characters, limiting the depth of a reference’s response to a question.
Search for Case by Email Address
Customers can now search for cases by the email address supplied for the online order.

Wording/Phrasing Updates
SSN Enhancements: The candidate information enhancements from the 7/18/19 release have been added to VerifyStudents and Vendor Workforce. The Candidate Information section has been updated to include information about the importance of providing a Social Security Number.
“If you have a Social Security # (SSN), please enter it below. If you do not provide your SSN your background may be delayed or we may be unable to complete it. Please see our Privacy Policy for additional information. If you do not have a SSN, please select another option under ID Type”
Employment History: Additional directions for candidates listing employment at a staffing agency has been added to the candidate bridge.
