EASE Dashboard Enhancements

What is happening?

Beginning on December 14, 2023, as part of the scheduled production release, the EASE dashboard will be updated to be consistent with how First Advantage displays reports.

What changes are being made?

Below are details of the upcoming changes in EASE Dashboard, order pages, and invoice, including screenshots of how they will appear after the December 14 production release:

EASE Dashboard

  1. Current Behavior – On viewing any Background + Drug screening order in EASE Dashboard, only one line item is displaying–
  • Updated Behavior – On viewing any Background + Drug screening order in EASE Dashboard now two-line items will be displayed–

 Order Submission and Release Pages

  • Current Behavior – When creating a new order, user is prompted to review case information before submitting, today one package (with criminal and health products) provides a sole case number –
  • Updated Behavior – When creating a new order, user is prompted to review case information before submitting, today one package (with criminal and health products) provides two case numbers –

Order Confirmation Pages

  •  Current Behavior – If First Advantage (Corporate Screening) is NOT performing search selection for the package, then all ordered products display together –
  • Updated Behavior – If First Advantage (Corporate Screening) is NOT performing search selection for the package, then ordered products will be separated by Case ID –
  • Current Behavior – If First Advantage (Corporate Screening) is performing search selection for the package, a single Case ID shows –
  • Updated Behavior – If First Advantage (Corporate Screening) is performing search selection for the package, then ordered products will show two Case IDs –

Invoice

  • Current Behavior – Package is assigned a single Case ID
  1. Updated Behavior – Packages with two case IDs will show in invoice header
